The Role
You're the last set of hands on every order. You run the heat press, pack boxes, verify every detail, and make sure the customer opens something that looks and feels premium. No experience required — we'll train the right person. What matters is how you work.
Schedule & Pay
Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. $16–$20/hr based on experience and attention to detail.
In person is required - 4929 77 Ave SE, Calgary.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Pick orders with accuracy
- Operate a heat press to apply transfers onto garments
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Verify sizes, colours, quantities, and addresses before anything ships
- Count and maintain accurate inventory
- Catch quality issues before they reach the customer — and find smart fixes when a misprint can be salvaged
- Keep the workspace clean and organized throughout shifts, with a full deep clean every Friday
- Follow production checklists and keep accurate counts
- Stay productive during slower periods — there's always something to tighten up
Who We're Looking For
No experience required — we'll train the right person. What matters is who you are:
- Catches the small details other people miss
- Takes initiative and doesn't need to be told to stay busy
- Follows checklists naturally and double-checks their own work
- Genuinely wants every customer to receive a perfect order
- Brings a positive attitude and works well on a small, tight team
- Bonus: you're into streetwear or car culture
