We’re looking for someone with an eye for design who loves creating beautiful, market-ready homes. This is a hands-on role that combines interior styling, organization, and teamwork. While the position does involve moving décor and furniture with the team, the primary focus is transforming homes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, pack and set up decor in a variety of homes
- Source furniture and decor for each specific home
- Lift, carry, and load furniture weighing up to 50 pounds, into box trucks for transport to and from stages, including up and down stairs
- Load and unload staging items with the team
- Deliver and set-up furniture inside client homes, as required/requested within committed time frames
- Work efficiently to meet staging deadlines
- Collect furniture from stages and drop off at warehouse
- Demonstrate the ability to protect all furniture from damage through established best practices.
- Pack and unpack items in an organized and efficient manner
- Steam and detail to perfection
- Ability to work well as a team and also independently
What we're are looking for:
- Someone with a passion for interior design, decorating, home styling, or real estate.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in creating beautiful spaces.
- Ability to visualize furniture placement and room flow.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry furniture and décor (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Physical ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
- Ability to work independently and/or with a team, exercise good judgment and sound decision-making required.
- Must have G drivers license.

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
