Auld Phillips Ltd., home of Suzanne’s, is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and positive team member to join our Chilliwack Distribution Centre. This position will begin as part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right person.
Our Distribution Centre supports both our Suzanne’s retail stores across Western Canada and our growing e-commerce fulfillment operations. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes ownership, shows initiative, and is eager to learn all aspects of warehouse and online order fulfillment.
About the Role
In this position, you will assist with packing, organizing, counting, and shipping apparel and merchandise to our stores and online customers. The role is physical, detail-focused, and requires accuracy, strong memory, and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Our warehouse currently operates Sunday to Friday (no evenings or overnight shifts). We are looking for someone who has strong availability during these operating hours, including into the fall season, and who can be flexible to support additional hours during busy periods.
What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, organize, and ship apparel and merchandise
- Support store shipments and e-commerce order fulfillment
- Count, sort, and verify product accurately
- Assist with receiving, processing, and organizing inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Learn and support multiple areas of the Distribution Centre over time
- Work both independently and as part of a small, team-focused environment
We’re Looking for Someone Who
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Takes initiative and ownership in their work
- Is detail-oriented, accurate, and good with numbers
- Has a strong memory and can follow processes carefully
- Is physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Proficient with technology, including MS Office / Excel / SharePoint
- Is reliable, punctual, and committed to the team
- Works well independently and with others
- Is fully available during our warehouse operating hours, Sunday to Friday
- Is open to additional hours during seasonal peaks and busy periods
- Is legally eligible to work in Canada
- Is interested in learning, growing, and developing into a larger role over time
