At Chabad Lifeline, individuals suffering from substance and behavioral addictions as well as family members, are guided by experienced and caring professionals through the process of healing & recovery.
SALARY AND BENEFITS: Pay commensurate with experience ($70,000- $85,000 for full time position)
Part-time employment would be considered.
JOB DESCRIPTION: To provide treatment for family members struggling with someone else’s substance and behavioral addiction. This includes individual, group and family therapies. The therapist must have a MFT, MSW, MA and have a solid knowledge base in addictions. The therapist is responsible to implement appropriate clinical interventions within the realm of our program, working closely with the team to provide comprehensive and high quality addiction and mental health care.
Clinical qualifications and experience
● MFT, MSW, MA with addiction knowledge/experience
Job Requirements
● Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
● Addiction experience an asset
● Family counseling experience
● Excellent clinical skills
● Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
● Specialty trainings are an asset
● Excellent organizational and written/oral communications skills
● Attention to detail
● Ability to liaison with all levels of internal/external professionals
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriate boundaries
● Ability to document effectively and maintain caseload
● Ability to create/provide workshops/groups
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
