What you'll do
Day to day, you'll be the person keeping our parts operation running smoothly. Supporting our technicians, staying on top of orders, and making sure the right part shows up at the right time. It's a role where the details matter and your work has a direct impact on the quality of service our customers receive.
- Help source, order, and track parts across active repair jobs
- Support technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts quickly
- Communicate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Process returns, warranties, and core charges accurately
- Keep records tight and the parts department clean and efficient
- Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment needs before they become a problem
What we're looking for
You don't need a resume full of experience. You need to show up, pay attention, and care about doing things right. Here's what matters to us:
- A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry
- Some familiarity with European vehicle parts catalogs is a strong asset
- Experience with Protractor DMS is an asset, but not required
- Organized and detail-oriented, you notice when something's off
- Reliable and punctual, the team counts on you
- A clear communicator in person, by phone, and by email
- A quick learner who picks up new systems without needing to be told twice
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic above all else
- No prior experience required, we're happy to train the right person
