Position Overview:
As a Service Advisor, you are the communication link between our customers and the service team. You will ensure that each service interaction is handled efficiently, transparently, and with the high level of professionalism that defines B&T MacFarlane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.
- Assess service needs and accurately document repair orders.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate job completion and timelines.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress, estimates, and approvals.
- Coordinate scheduling of service appointments.
- Handle warranty claims and related documentation.
- Provide clear, courteous, and proactive follow-up communication.
- Support the service team in maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, heavy equipment preffered.
- Proficient with Infinity business system and comfortable using the Microsoft suite of products.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first mindset and commitment to teamwork.
