Position Overview
AllCleared has an immediate opening for a full-time position based at its downtown Vancouver office. The successful candidate will be responsible for, among other duties, responding to telephone inquiries, conducting client interviews, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records within the firm’s proprietary CRM system. The role also requires regular communication with governmental and regulatory bodies across North America, including courts, law enforcement agencies (including the RCMP), the Parole Board, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and Canadian immigration authorities.
Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information accurately, clearly, and professionally. The capacity to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative is essential.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an administrative or related capacity is required.
- Post-secondary education or formal training in Law, Criminology, Legal Assistance, or document management is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including a professional telephone manner, with the ability to address inquiries, concerns, and requests courteously and efficiently.
- Proven ability to exercise empathy, maintain composure, and respond patiently in client interactions.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to resolve client matters effectively, with a focus on achieving resolution at first contact where practicable.
This is a full-time, in-office position. Given the nature of the work, exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English is required. Eligibility for employment is restricted to citizens and permanent residents of Canada.
Working Hours
This position is full-time, comprising 40 hours per week, typically scheduled Monday through Friday, with standard eight-hour day shifts.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The starting salary is $62,000 per annum, inclusive of bonus eligibility, increasing to $67,000 per annum following six months of employment, subject to performance.
