Heavy Duty Mechanic (with CVIP Certification)
Location: Spruce Grove, AB
Wage: $40–$60/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Heavy Duty Mechanic with valid CVIP Certification to join our growing team. We would take on a 4 th apprentice also. What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy duty trucks and equipment
- Perform CVIP inspections in compliance with Alberta regulations
- Conduct preventative maintenance and safety checks
- Keep accurate maintenance records and reports
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic certification (Red Seal preferred)
- Valid CVIP certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment/truck repair
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (Class 1 or 3 is an asset)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be safety-conscious and reliable
