- Support other communication and organizational priorities as required.
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Two to four years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, HR communications, marketing communications, or a related communications-focused role.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- The ability to translate complex, sensitive, or detailed information into clear and approachable employee communications.
- Experience creating content such as announcements, newsletters, intranet updates, HR messages, leadership communications, or change communications.
- Experience coordinating multiple communication requests, stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
