About the Role
We're looking for a Metallurgical Process Engineer to join our team in St. Marys. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations-analyzing processes, solving technical challenges, and driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and performance.

Develop and implement manufacturing and testing procedures

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes (quality, cost, throughput)

Collaborate with engineering and tooling teams to optimize production methods

Troubleshoot and resolve metallurgical and material-related issues

Support production with technical and quality expertise

Conduct material analysis related to stainless steel products

Degree or diploma in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering

3-5 years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred)

Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
