Operations Support Assistant
Flash Repair – Marché Central, Montreal
$22/hour | Full-Time | Seasonal Positions Available
Flash Repair is looking for a dependable and hardworking Operations Support Assistant to help wherever needed throughout the company. This is a hands-on role with a variety of responsibilities and an opportunity to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians on service calls when extra help is needed
- Deliver parts, tools, and supplies
- Organize inventory and warehouse areas
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Help load and unload equipment and appliances
- Perform basic maintenance and shop tasks
- Maintain clean work areas, including bathrooms, offices, and common spaces
- Complete other tasks as needed to support daily operations
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and French required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs required
- Valid driver's license required
- Valid work visa required
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable with physical work
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is an asset
