Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Customer Experience Associate to join our team. The right candidate must be personable and comfortable talking to people, and working with a diverse group of coworkers.
Responsibilities
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, returns, and inventory management
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Receive inventory including counting, pricing according to procedure, and putting out new products
- Work collaboratively with other employees to find ways to improve the business.
- Open and close the store, including cashing in and out, and following all procedures to ensure a safe and consistent close.
This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility as time goes on.
Business hours are seven days a week, 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Candidates must be willing and able to work shifts within the full spectrum of these hours, and will be scheduled at least two closing shifts per week.
