WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Complete assigned lawn care jobs (mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup)
- Send before and after photos upon job completion
- Maintain a professional and respectful presence at client properties
- Follow Smiling Lawn quality standards on every job
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in lawn care or landscaping (minimum 1 season)
- Access to reliable lawn care equipment (mower, trimmer, edger)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone for job updates and photo submissions
- Punctual, reliable, and detail oriented
- Able to work independently without supervision
PAY STRUCTURE
You are paid per completed job — not per hour. The more jobs you complete, the more you earn. Pay rates are based on property size and service type and are communicated clearly before you accept any job. Average contractors earn $120–$300 per day.
