Overview
We are seeking an Independent, Experienced House Cleaner to join our team. This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who excel in residential cleaning and take pride in delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of private homes, ensuring client satisfaction through efficient and thorough cleaning practices. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, excellent time management, and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in residential cleaning and customer service is essential, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, and surface polishing.
- Manage your own schedule to efficiently complete assigned cleaning appointments within designated timeframes.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold confidentiality regarding clients’ homes and personal information.
- Organize supplies and equipment needed for each cleaning session, ensuring proper use and storage.
- Handle laundry services as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing or linens.
- Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns promptly.
Skills
- Proficiency in the English language, to excel with communication
- MUST have EXPERIENCE and the ability to work INDEPENDENTLY
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks with precision and consistency.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures.
- Experience with laundry services and household organization is desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Effective communication skills to understand client needs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
