- Support catering events and special functions by preparing large quantities of food with precision and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment, adhering to health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods, demonstrating excellent food service skills

Skills
- Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide within healthcare or hospitality settings
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations in fine dining or restaurant environments
- Knowledge of menu planning, meal assembly, and catering logistics
- Expertise in food safety practices, including proper handling, sanitation, and storage procedures
- Excellent knife skills combined with proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills for serving guests and collaborating with team members
