Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mover/Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting and handling goods efficiently and safely, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in moving and warehouse operations, and the ability to operate commercial vehicles and forklifts as needed. Duties
- Safely load, unload, and transport items to various locations, ensuring proper handling of goods during transit
- Operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and vans, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Use forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move heavy or bulky items efficiently
- Assist customers with their moving needs, providing excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the process
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries and pickups
- Ensure all transported items are secured properly to prevent damage during transit
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during moving or driving tasks
Qualifications
- Prior experience in moving, warehouse operations, or commercial driving preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (certification preferred but not required)
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting regularly
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to moving, driving, and warehouse environments
- Reliable transportation to reach various job sites; flexibility to work on different schedules as needed

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
