Job Overview
CLS is seeking a Business Relations Manager to grow client relationships, generate new business, and support account growth within the construction labour sector. This is a client-facing role focused on building strong partnerships and driving revenue through service excellence and relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, project management expertise, and a solid understanding of marketing and customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce.
Duties
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Support account growth, retention, and long-term client satisfaction
- Act as a key point of contact for client communication and service needs
- Represent CLS professionally in the field and local business community

- Excellent project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, customer service, or account management is an asset (not required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote business growth.
