Dealership Loaner Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as Dealership Loaner Coordinator. The Loaner Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers who require loaner vehicles while their vehicles are being serviced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the laoner vehicle fleet, including inventory management, maintenance scheduling, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate loaner vehicle reservations and ensure availability based on service appointments.
- Greet customers and facilitate the pick up and drop-off process of loaner vehicles.
- Provide clear instructions on loaner vehicle operations and ensure clients understand the terms and conditions.
- Communicate effectively with the service advisors and other dealership staff to coordinate vehicle assignments and updates.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or automotive industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications.
Job Type: Full-Time.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Location: 227 Wyecroft Rd, Oakville.
