Job Summary
We're a small, growing gift company looking for a reliable, organized, and adaptable team member to help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role touches a bit of everything: order processing, inventory, customer service, and general support. Duties
– Process and review incoming orders for accuracy
– Coordinate order details with customers and internal team members
– Prepare packing slips, labels, and shipping documentation
– Track deliveries and resolve any shipping issues
Inventory & Purchasing
– Monitor stock levels for products, packaging, and supplies
– Receive and organize incoming inventory
– Assist with purchasing and vendor communications
– Flag shortages and maintain accurate records
Customer Service
– Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone
– Handle order changes, delivery requests, and problem resolution
– Support corporate clients with ongoing order needs
Administrative & General Support
– Maintain spreadsheets, records, and operational files
– Assist with gift assembly and quality checks as needed
– Support seasonal volume and special projects
– Pitch in wherever the business needs it
Skills
- S– 1–3 years of experience in operations, admin, retail, logistics, or customer service
– Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
– Clear, professional written and verbal communication
– Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting on the fly
– Quick learner with new tools and systems
– Able to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
