Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Sales to join our retail management team. Duties
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional activities

- Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and customer service capabilities
- Oversee inventory purchasing, store merchandising, and POS system management to optimize product presentation
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clientele
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and foster a positive team environment
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee pricing adjustments, and monitor sales targets to meet business objectives
- Maintain organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in retail sales or store management with a track record of achieving sales goals
- Strong background in merchandising, pricing strategies, and POS systems operation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer demographics effectively
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, payroll processing, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping is desirable
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication skills, time management, organizational skills, and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and customer service best practices is essential
- Prior experience with budgeting, sales management, store management, and supervising staff will be advantageous
