DZ Driver / Hydrovac Operator
Location: Hamilton / Burlington, ONPay: $40.00–$45.00/hour (based on experience)
Under Pressure Inc. is hiring experienced Hydrovac Operators and DZ Drivers to join our growing team.
Already have hydrovac experience? We'd love to hear from you.
Have a DZ licence but no hydrovac experience? We'll provide full, paid training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Operate hydrovac trucks safely and efficiently
- Drive and maintain company DZ vehicles
- Perform utility excavations around underground infrastructure
- Complete physical labour in all weather conditions
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of DZ driving experience
- Valid Ontario DZ Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Must live within approximately 45 minutes of Hamilton, ON
- Comfortable performing physical labour—this is not a driving-only position
- Hydrovac, utility, or construction experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
