Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, zapping permanent jewlery, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining an organized and inviting retail environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a passion for retail sales, jewelry and self expression. Will train- no previous jewelry or crystal experience required.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products, providing information.
- Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and exchanges.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
- Provide knowledgeable advice on jewelry and their metals (Including warranty coverage).
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and storage areas
- Partaking in the Permanent jewelry process, and customizing the perfect accessory with every customer.
Skills
- Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a retail environment with organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
- Eager to grow and learn in the jewelry/permanent jewelry industry.
Pay: $17.80 per hour
