Pride Marine Group is currently seeking a full-time permanent Detailer to join our Pride of Rosseau crew in Minett, ON.

What You’ll Do
- Actively contribute to a positive team culture and work cohesively across all departments to achieve shared goals
- Identify service opportunities
- Monitor workflow to determine if scheduled time will be met
- Power wash, buff, wax and clean boat exteriors
- Clean, wash and detail boat interiors
- Complete assigned landscaping and cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and professional location
- Support yard crew, technicians and other crew as needed
- All other duties as assigned
What We’d Like From You
- Able to work irregular hours during peak periods including weekends
- Boating license considered an asset
- Able to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift, push, kneel, reach and use repetitive motion as required
- Experience in boat or automotive detailing considered an asset
