Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Follow proper portion control and presentation techniques
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner for service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced upscale casual fine dining kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Also require full time experienced dishwasher with desire to train as line cook.
