Overview
We are seeking a skilled Labourer / Equipment Operator to join our construction team. We operate out of Orillia but have projects ranging from Collingwood to Bracebridge. This role involves operating heavy machinery and supporting various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy equipment, and a strong work ethic. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing a range of equipment. Owner has septic installer license and is a Red Seal mason, if interested in an apprenticeship it can be discussed. Applicants should be committed to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship.
Wage dependant on experience.

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment
- Assist in site preparation, grading, and excavation
- Support construction crews by moving materials and assisting with various tasks on-site.
- Assist in septic installation.
- Assist with various masonry project.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
Skills
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment.
- AZ licence would be an asset.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety standards and protocols.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy loads when necessary.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Valid driver’s license preferred for site mobility.
