We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our projects, supporting the overall operations, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Prepare work sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools or supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of work areas to ensure safety and organization
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery with proper training
- Assist in the transportation of materials within the job site or facility
- Contribute to team efforts to meet project deadlines efficiently
Experience
- Prior experience in manual labour, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
