Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their orders, inquiries, and service needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain food safety and food handling standards by following proper procedures and hygiene practices
- Manage cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties while ensuring proper math calculations
- Support food preparation, serving, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
- Uphold food industry regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Demonstrate excellent time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Skills
- Previous experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS preferred
- Food service or restaurant experience highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and serve customers promptly
