Automotive Parts & Retail Associate (Full-Time)

Canadian Tire Hinton is growing, and our Automotive Parts & Retail team is expanding to keep up with demand. We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Automotive Parts & Retail Associate to join our team full-time.
If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, helping customers solve problems, and working with automotive products and parts, this is a great opportunity to be part of one of the store’s fastest-growing departments.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in finding the right automotive parts, accessories, and tools
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and solutions for automotive needs
- Process sales and maintain accurate product lookups
- Stock, merchandise, and maintain the automotive parts area
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Support seasonal and promotional displays
- Work collaboratively with the retail and automotive service teams
- Deliver the excellent customer service Canadian Tire is known for
What We’re Looking For
- Interest or experience in automotive parts, tools, or retail
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as required
- Open availability is required
Scheduling Requirements
This is a full-time position only. Candidates must have open availability, including evenings and weekends.
Please note the following holiday blackout periods where time off will generally not be approved due to peak business demand:
- May – July
- October – December
