Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our Law office. This role is essential in providing exceptional front-desk support, managing client interactions, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in office settings, familiarity with electronic records, and excellent communication skills to serve as the first point of contact for visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries efficiently
- Maintain and update electronic records accurately and securely
- Open, close Files and relay message to office Staff and do Bank runs.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Coordinate with office staff to facilitate smooth daily operations
- Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and welcoming
- Handle correspondence and manage office supplies as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in an office is highly preferred but not mandatory
- Experience working with electronic systems, MS Word, Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Office experience demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a law office setting
- A Valid Driving License and Vehicle is required for bank runs.
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
