An independent contractor opportunity is available for a Logistics & Data Entry Coordinator to support day-to-day operational scheduling, coordination, and data management tasks.
This role is suited for an organized and detail-focused individual who can manage scheduling, update operational records, and assist with coordination tasks in a structured and timely manner.
Scope of Work
- Enter, update, and maintain operational and logistics data
- Coordinate scheduling for services, deliveries, or daily operations
- Track job progress, work orders, or shipment updates
- Communicate scheduling updates with relevant parties
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
- Support general administrative and operational organization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic computer systems
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules independently
Assets (Not Required)
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, scheduling, or office administration
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or scheduling tools
- Background coordination roles
Compensation
- Hourly $20-$25 per hour
- Flexible workload depending on operational needs
Work Arrangement
- On-site work in Sudbury, ON
- 10-20 hours per week
- Independent contractor agreement (no employment relationship)
