We are looking for new team members to to join our team as Dog Daycare Attendant! We are looking to hire part time experienced dog caregivers who are dedicated, passionate and able to grow with our company through our exciting expansion!
About you:
- Required: Saturday, Sunday & evening availability
- Previous professional dog care experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of dog behavior and body language is a strong asset. You should also be passionate and motivated to continue learning about dogs.
- Sensitivity towards animals and above average work ethic.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Comfortable and motivated to work outdoors in all conditions.
- Comfortable working in a team, empathic and eager to help and support your team mates.
About the position:
- Part time
- Starting salary: $19 per hour.
- Initial and ongoing training will be provided to ensure your skills are topped up.
- This position is to cover working indoor dog daycare, retail store and boarding facility.
- Main tasks: caring for the dogs and ensuring everyone has a safe and fun time, as well as providing feedback to clients and other team members. Monitoring play and behavior, cleaning and giving great service to our clients.
- You will be working as part of a close team as well as independently.
About us: We are a small team of caring individuals striving to provide compassionate, top-notch dog care. We have both an Indoor Day Camp, retail, boarding facility and a fully fenced 2 acre Outdoor Adventure Park. We have been in operation for over 14 years and we are all here because we want to be!
