Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests
- Ensure timely completion of scheduled cleaning appointments while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide friendly customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally and courteously
Requirements
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures
- Exceptional communication skills to ensure clear understanding of client needs and maintain positive relationships
