K&W Audio are Calgary’s friendly one stop shop for Home Automation, Home Theater and Stereo Systems in Calgary. We have 50 years of history providing quality, easy-to-use solutions with great friendly, delivery, installation, systems programming and maintenance.
We are interviewing for an experienced Audio/ Video installation technician, and certified Control4 programmer with residential experience. We are after someone who can competently install, setup and program Home Theaters, Hi-Fi and Home Automation systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow direction & work as part of an effective team
- Design, install and integrate audio visual and home automation equipment with Control4 systems electronics.
- Install, configure, and maintain Control4 systems for clients
- Collaborate with our consultants and clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Conduct site surveys to assess the feasibility of Control4 installations
- Quality Control4 pre-wire and installation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Audio/Visual & Control systems
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use their Control4 system effectively
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of audio-visual and Control4 technologies and systems
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical principles related to home audio visual installations
- A high quality oriented work ethic.
- Experience with telecommunication systems and network infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently or as part of an effective team
- Reliable (Truck) transportation to sites in/around Calgary
- Understanding of basic home construction
