We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to help grow our business through door-to-door appointment setting.
Job Description
As a Door-to-Door appointment setter, your main goal is to connect with residential homeowners and generate new leads for our services. You will:
- Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners.
- Drop off marketing materials (door hangers) when appropriate.
- Collect accurate client information including:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Home Address
- Follow company scripts and guidelines to maximize lead quality.
Pay Structure:
- $15 per qualified appointment generated.
- All leads, whether from door-to-door conversations, responses to door hangers, or personal network are eligible for the $15 payout.
- Expectations are 10 leads per week
- Consistantly exeeding expectations is how you earn rasies go from $15 per appoitment to $20, to $25 per appointment.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a door-to-door environment.
- Reliable, professional, and punctual.
- Must be able to walk and carry materials for several hours per day.
- Previous sales or lead generation experience is a plus but not required.
