- Physically capable of long shop days (Monday to Thursday, 7:00am–6:00pm)
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Previous framing or carpentry experience is required.
- Brings positive energy and keeps morale up
- Open to learning and taking direction
- Pay range: $23–$26/hr, based on experience
