Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator / Benchworker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fabrication and working with various types of stones, marble , granite, porcelain & quartz as well as the use of different hand and power tools. This role involves following shop drawings for fabrication, assembling, grinding and, cutting with precision and safety in mind. Candidates must have over 3 years working Experience in a Marble Shop are highly valued. The Fabricator will play a critical role in ensuring their quality of work and efficiency of our production processes.
Responsibilities
- Ability to follow Shop drawings and specifications to fabricate stone , customer orders accurately
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools to perform different aspects of fabrication and tasks with precision based on order
- Experience using machinery such as grinders, cutting tools and machining equipment to shape stone
- Ability to follow safety standards and quality guidelines
- Assemble fabricated components into finished products or subassemblies
- Conduct routine inspections of fabricated parts for defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Over 3 years proven experience in Stone Fabrication work necessary
- Good communication and understanding in English is necessary
- Ability to follow Shop drawings and specifications to fabricate stone , customer orders accurately
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools to perform different aspects of fabrication and tasks with precision based on order
- Experience using machinery such as grinders, cutting tools and machining equipment to shape stone
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to read our shop drawings is necessary
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials during shift

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
