Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant/Detailer to join our team. This role involves multi tasking various duties and various times. For example one day you may detail a vehicle or take it to a local wash to get washed. Another time you will need to move vehciles and make paperwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Experience driving cars and pick up trucks is essential. A clean drivers abstract is also mandatory. They will also speak clear English, be able to use spreadsheets and word documents to create invoices and sales bills. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your efforts directly contribute to how efficient our operations run. You would be working closely with the owner because we are a small family owned business.
Duties
-move vehicles from various locations eg. car lot to mechanic shop etc.
-be able to detail when needed
-create bill of sales and spreadsheets for owner
-show flexibility in duties
-take direction follow instructions from owner
Skills
- Experience in cleaning or detailing vehicles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Positive Work Ethic
- Ability to use word and excel
- Clear command of English language
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability
- VSA license asset but not required
