Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our location in Lawson Heights Saskatoon Canada . This full-time role is vital in leading our team to provide outstanding service and drive store success, aligning with our mission to inspire and support both customers and staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff to foster a high-performance team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with partners and buyers to align store goals with company objectives.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong skills in customer service, negotiation, and team leadership.
- Ability to analyze sales data and manage budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in math for inventory and sales analysis.
- Experience in financial services or dealership environments is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
