In-field Supervisor/Dispatcher for Tanker Company
Responsibilities:
-Place the highest priority on the health and safety of the preservation and protection of the environment
-Conduct our operations in a way that protects the safety and health of our operators, public and clients
-Ensure of operators with regular and consistent job-related training
-Require participation in our safety program from all levels and operators of RYNO Fluid Hauling Ltd.
-Strive beyond compliance in our operations towards all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
-Investigate incidents to determine root of cause and share learning’s
-Conduct safety meetings
-Dispatch jobs to operators
-mechanically inclined for small repairs or temporary fix
-Communicate well with operators, operations manager, mechanic, consultants
-Manage, organize and plan operators/trucks as needed day/night shift
-Ensure safe work practices and safe job procedures are being performed
-On a rotational schedule
Pay: From $75.00 per hour
