Inside-Out Cleaning Services has been in business for over 30 years, employing over 95 full and part-time cleaners. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our specialized division.
Salary & Work Days:
- Starting at $22.00 per hour
- Floor and Weekend bonus
- Primarily weekdays and Saturdays, some evening shifts
- Full time (starting at 30 - 35 hours per week)

Type of work you’ll be doing?
- Cleaning of residential and commercial
- Surface Maintenance: Stripping, waxing, burnishing, and buffing of vinyl and ceramic flooring.
- Structural Cleaning: Interior/exterior window cleaning (including screens, ledges, and frames), siding, wall/ceiling washing, and post-construction detailing.
- Textile Care: Professional cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and area rugs using extractors and swing machines.
- Daily pre-job preparation, onsite service and customer consultation, and post-job reporting and quality control.
Core Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience across all specialized service areas.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning products, chemical applications, and fabric/material identification.
- Ability to safely lift heavy equipment and work comfortably at heights (ladders/rooflines).
- Demonstrate the ability to speak, write, and understand English for customer-facing interactions, safety, and accurate completion of daily logs.
- Maintain a valid Nova Scotia driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a clear criminal record.
