Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Finisher to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing the final stages of product assembly, trimming and preperation of parts and components ensuring quality standards are met, and preparing items for shipment. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical knowledge, and experience working in warehouse or packaging environments. The Finisher plays a crucial part in maintaining production efficiency and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform finishing operations on products, including trimming, polishing, and assembly touch-ups
- The use of various hand and power tools to preform trimming and routing of plastic parts or components
- Use the correct techniques, methods, tools and production aids (jigs/ fixtures) for the parts and finished products being produced.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Check output to spot and machine related mistakes or flaws
- keep records of approved and defective units or final product
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and improve workflow
Skills
- Proven experience with warehouse operations or manufacturing environments
- Manages time effectively, meets goals, and works efficiently and cooperatively with other members of the team
- Strong attention to detail for quality control and finishing tasks
- Knowledge of packaging procedures and materials
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow safety protocols
Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
