Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Office Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a busy catering company in North York. This is a 2-month part-time contract opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating administrative and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails professionally
- Process catering orders and maintain accurate client records
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and basic administrative reports
- Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and kitchen staff
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Assist with payment follow-ups and data entry tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the office team as required
Qualifications
✔ Previous administrative, office, or customer service experience (catering or hospitality experience is an asset)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
