$65,000 – $75,000 | Reports To: Operations Manager
FlightLine Golf is Ontario’s leader in golf course construction and renovation — a purpose-driven company built on excellence, safety, and an unwavering commitment to growing leaders from the ground up.
We are searching for a Senior Crew Lead who is ready to own the field. Not just manage it — own it. This is a hands-on leadership role that sits at the intersection of precision execution and people development, and it is designed to grow into full site ownership for the right person.
What You’re Building Here
A FlightLine Senior Crew Lead is not a job title — it’s a leadership identity. You will drive execution on world-class golf course projects, develop the crew members around you, and build the kind of reputation that earns site ownership. This is where careers are made.
YOUR THREE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Production
Drive efficient, high-quality output. You own the pace, sequencing, and field execution.
People
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing crew. Set the standard for culture and accountability.
Site Performance
Own safety, quality, schedule, and cost control. Identify risks early. No surprises.

Execution & Technical Oversight
- Execute and interpret construction plans with precision — work is done right the first time
- Own core scopes including grading, drainage, sod, and finishing with a path to full site control
- Drive proper sequencing, crew coordination, and workflow to maximize efficiency
- Ensure all equipment is operated safely and in alignment with FlightLine standards
- Identify risks and conflicts in plans and solve them before they impact production

- Lead daily huddles and weekly toolbox talks with purpose and energy
- Enforce 100% safety compliance and stop unsafe work without hesitation
- Complete site inspections and maintain rework below 5%
- Ensure SiteDocs compliance and proper hazard identification at all times
Safety is leadership in action.
Project Coordination
- Work closely with the Site Supervisor and Operations Manager to execute project plans
- Track production, labour, and progress against targets
- Surface risks early — weather, materials, scope gaps
- Support documentation for reporting, billing, and planning
No surprises at the end of the week.
