We are looking for a skilled engineer and producer to join our creative studio on a part-time basis. This is a dual role; you'll contribute to active music projects in the studio, and mentor young people in music production through hands-on FL Studio instruction. What you'll do
- Engineer and produce sessions in a professional studio environment
- Work in Pro Tools and FL Studio across recording, editing, mixing, and arrangement tasks
- Lead production mentorship sessions for youth teaching FL Studio fundamentals, workflow, and creative development
- Collaborate closely with the lead artist and creative team on ongoing projects
- Maintain studio organization and session file standards
What we're looking for
- Proficient in both Pro Tools and FL Studio
- Experience engineering recording sessions and producing original music
- Comfortable teaching and communicating with young people in a hands-on setting
- Patient, clear communicator who can break down production concepts for beginners
- Bonus: experience in R&B, hip-hop, or alternative genres
