We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead and advance our die and mold machining operations. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise in CNC machining, programming, and process optimization, combined with leadership experience in managing CAM development teams.

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the metal machining industry

Strong background in CNC programming for milling and turning

Experience with CNC machine controls such as FANUC, Mitsubishi, and Heidenhain

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical education

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a machining environment

Develop machine shop applications in collaboration with the IT team

Design and implement CNC macro programs with a focus on automation and efficiency

Lead, manage, and mentor the CAM programming team

Provide technical guidance and support for CAM development initiatives

Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical issues in the machine shop

Continuously improve machining processes, methods, and productivity

Support overseas operations through occasional short-term travel assignments

Competitive salary range: $70,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)
