Junior Receptionist - Law Firm
Downtown Toronto

Our client, a high end law firm located in the core of downtown Toronto is in need of a bright and energetic Receptionist to join its team. This is an entry level role.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet clients in a polite and courteous manner and notify professional and secretarial staff of their arrival;
Complete administrative tasks as assigned;
Answer a busy phone line system and route all incoming calls to firm members;
Coordinate and monitor boardroom requests;
Order catering for meetings to ensure all client needs are met;
Set up boardrooms for meetings;
Collect and sort incoming mail;
Maintain the firm’s phone list;
Arrange and receive couriers;
Perform general office duties including faxes and photocopying;
Requirements:
Must be a recent graduate of an accredited university;
Must possess a pleasant, upbeat and professional demeanour as well as strong technical, organizational and administrative skills.
