Our client is seeking a Contract Senior Technical Lead to lead the delivery of enterprise cloud solutions across Azure and Microsoft Power Platform environments.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong technical background in Azure cloud services, cloud migration initiatives, application security, and distributed delivery management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership to both offshore and onshore development teams while ensuring the successful delivery of cloud-native solutions.
The ideal candidate combines deep Azure expertise with strong leadership capabilities and a solid understanding of security best practices across Azure and Power Platform ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate onshore and offshore technical delivery teams.

Provide technical direction and oversight throughout the software development lifecycle.

Drive the design, development, and deployment of Azure-based solutions and cloud-native applications.

Lead cloud migration initiatives from legacy or on-premise environments to Microsoft Azure.

Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to define solution strategies and delivery plans.

Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security, scalability, performance, and governance standards.

Review technical designs, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches.

Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout project delivery.

Support solution planning, estimation, and technical roadmap development.

Act as the primary technical escalation point for delivery teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in software development, cloud engineering, or technical leadership roles.

Proven experience leading distributed development teams across offshore and onshore delivery models.
