Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and preferences before each session.
- Provide various types of massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans and any necessary adjustments during sessions.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, adhering to confidentiality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to create comprehensive care plans for clients.
Experience:
- Registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario
- Valid liability insurance
- A commitment to providing exceptional client care and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey treatment options and address client concerns.
