Job Opportunity: Merchandiser
Location: Prince Albert, SK
Position Status: Part Time, Permanent
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to the Management team of PBD, the Merchandiser is primarily responsible for keeping beverage sections, end caps, racks and displays filled with Coca Cola product. This is a part time position working between 12-18hrs per week including weekends:
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays and coolers;
- Build, change or remove product displays
- Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation;
- Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards
- Responsible for meeting productivity requirements;
- Stage completed pallets in designated area
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract
- Basic hand writing and math skills
- Must be able to repetitively lift up to 60lbs
- Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be customer service orientated
- The ability to work with minimal supervision
- Prior experience working in grocery, retail, warehousing or related field preferred
