We are looking for a responsible and reliable team-player to join our expanding Property Management team. The successful candidate will be a fast learner, confident in making decisions, and adaptable. We require an individual who is able to multi-task and prioritize, who works well with constant interruptions in a fast-paced environment; someone who is well organized and pays meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities·
- Conduct move-in, move-out, mid-tenancy, and abandonment inspections.
- Prepare and post legal notices as required.
- Coordinate and oversee unit turnover processes, including preparing move-out condition reports.
- Handle tenant maintenance requests and after-hours emergencies.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate with trades and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and warranty work.
- Arrange access and supervise trades on-site when necessary.
- Perform vacancy checks and interim inspections.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between tenants, owners, and vendors.
- Complete office administration tasks related to site operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage maintenance requests and coordinate with trades.
- Experience conducting property inspections and preparing related documentation.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Professional demeanor in person, in writing, and on the phone.
- Ability to remain composed and de-escalate tense situations.
- Demonstrated leadership and initiative; self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with on-call responsibilities.
- Based in or able to commute to the West End of Edmonton and surrounding areas.
- It is a strong asset if you have experience with Yardi Voyager, Maintenance IQ and/or Monday.com
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
